Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Ulasa Film website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.
Services
Ulasa Film provides professional photography services including but not limited to:
- Wedding and pre-wedding photography
- Portrait and studio sessions
- Event coverage and commercial photography
- Travel and lifestyle shoots
Service details, deliverables, and pricing will be confirmed in your booking agreement or quote.
Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment as specified in your quote. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy outlined in your contract.
Intellectual Property
All photographs and creative works produced by Ulasa Film remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the delivered images for personal or agreed commercial use as per the contract. Unauthorized reproduction, editing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Ulasa Film shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure) that affect the shoot.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
